Accessibility statement
Effective September 13, 2026
APEX Advisory intends this site to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. The target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
Measures in place
- Semantic headings and landmarks on every page, with a skip link to the main content.
- Text alternatives for informative images.
- Keyboard access to navigation, forms, buttons, and the APEX self assessment controls.
- Color contrast at or above the AA ratio for text on light and dark backgrounds.
- Motion and animation disabled when the operating system’s reduced motion setting is on.
- Text that scales with browser settings and layouts that reflow on small screens.
Known limitations
Forms and the APEX assistant are provided by third party components. Some labels and status messages within those components may not be fully exposed to screen readers. PDF documents linked from the site may not be tagged.
