My coaching is guided by both research and faith. Luke 24:17–32 describes how Jesus walked with the disciples on the road to Emmaus, listening to their confusion before revealing truth at the right time. This is coaching at its best – anchored in humility, timing, and discernment. Paul reminds us in Galatians 6:1–2 to restore others gently and carry their burdens. For me, coaching is a modern expression of that stewardship: building others up with intention, clarity, and faithfulness.
